Job Description
The HSE Officer at Zeeco is responsible for promoting and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards within the company, supporting a culture of safety and compliance across various industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at the workplace
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Implement and promote safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or in a similar health, safety, and environment role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices applicable in Saudi Arabia and the industries served (refining, LNG, petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical, biogas).
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and advise employees on safety procedures and policies.
- Proficiency in using HSE management systems and software.
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and safety audits, including standing, walking, and climbing in industrial environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
