Job Description
The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs across various levels of the organization, ensuring skill development and alignment with business goals through engaging content and effective facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, material preparation, communication, and reserving training spaces.
- Oversee delivery of engaging training sessions.
- Track, monitor, and document employee training progress and completion in the LMS.
- Design, develop, and update training materials for various delivery methods.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment of initiatives and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Talent Development, corporate training, or instructional design with a company of at least 200 full-time employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience and comfort in public speaking and professional presentation.
- Strong computer and technological skills, with demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously across multiple time zones and countries.
- Polished, professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with all levels of staff and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development, Learning Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Non-degreed candidates must have at least three (3) years of total professional experience.
- Related work experience of at least two (2) years in a similar capacity.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally, approximately 5-10% of the time.
