Job Description

A Proposal Engineer responsible for developing technical and commercial proposals, supporting site surveys, and collaborating with engineering teams and contractors on fired equipment installation projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installation projects
Support site surveys across the EMEA region
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and local contractors to define detailed scopes of work

Requirements

Proven experience in developing high quality technical and commercial proposals for fired equipment installation projects.
Support site surveys across the EMEA region, demonstrating ability to assess and define project scopes in diverse environments.
Collaborate effectively with internal engineering teams and local contractors to define detailed scopes of work for projects.
Ability to support and participate in field-based assessments and site surveys as part of project execution.
Experience working on projects within the oil and gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors is preferred.
Strong technical skills related to combustion, burners, incinerators, environmental control systems, or similar equipment.
Excellent communication skills to support collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to work in a hybrid role combining office-based engineering tasks with field-based assessments.
Ability to operate within safety-critical project environments, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
