Job Description
The Project Expeditor is responsible for supporting and expediting project execution by coordinating procurement, tracking critical documents and schedules, liaising with vendors, and providing project status updates to ensure timely completion of Zeeco's flare and other products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and expedite project execution by developing procurement plans and maintaining milestone schedules
- Track and obtain critical project documents and quotations from vendors to ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate shipping arrangements and monitor production progress with vendors and manufacturing teams
- Follow up on vendor correspondence, negotiate proposals, and discuss project updates post-proposal
- Provide status reports on overall project progress and activities to management
- Assist in creating and updating project execution presentations and documentation
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required.
- The candidate must be able and willing to travel 10-20% of the time, both domestic and international.
