Job Description
The position involves fitting and welding high-precision stainless and carbon steel combustion components using advanced TIG and flux-core welding techniques, adhering to strict quality standards and engineering specifications, primarily on the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced TIG and flux-core welding on stainless and carbon steel assemblies according to WPS and engineering drawings
- Fit and weld high-precision combustion components with strict quality standards
- Operate independently to maintain equipment and uphold safety and health standards
- Ensure welds meet post-weld testing criteria and quality specifications
Requirements
- Experience as a welder with advanced TIG and flux-core welding skills on stainless and carbon steel.
- Ability to support the manufacturing of custom engineered combustion parts by fitting and welding high precision stainless and carbon steel assemblies in accordance with Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), engineering drawings, and strict quality standards.
- Proven ability to work on complex, engineered-to-order combustion components requiring exceptional fit-up and craftsmanship.
- Capability to operate independently in a welding environment.
- Ability to maintain welding equipment properly.
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
- Consistently deliver welds that meet post-weld testing criteria.
- Experience working with code-quality welds in accordance with industry standards.
- Physical ability to perform fitting and welding tasks involving high precision assemblies.

Compensation/salary range includes signing bonuses: Class A $4,500, Class B C $3,000
Night shift with a shift differential of $3 per hour
