The Materials Coordinator is responsible for reviewing production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing processes, requiring strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review production job schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials to the job cell
- Coordinate the delivery of materials to meet scheduled start dates
- Analyze and reconcile material issues to resolve discrepancies
Requirements
- Possess the ability to multitask in a changing environment.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure, balancing conflicting priorities and resource constraints.
- Have the ability to analyze and reconcile material issues.
- Review individual production job schedules and ensure material is delivered to the job cell prior to the scheduled start date.
