Job Description
The Night Shift Working Lead is a hands-on manufacturing leader responsible for overseeing and supporting night shift production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while actively performing welding or related manufacturing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support night shift manufacturing employees
- Perform production work hands-on
- Set daily priorities for manufacturing operations
- Ensure safe and efficient production processes
- Address workflow, quality, and safety concerns as the first point of contact
Requirements
- Experience in welding; candidates with machine shop or first-entry manufacturing experience may also be considered
- Ability to lead and support night shift manufacturing employees while actively performing production work
- Ability to set daily priorities for manufacturing operations
- Ensuring safe and efficient operations during the night shift
- Serving as the first point of contact for workflow, quality, and safety concerns during the night shift
