Job Description
The Graphic Designer supports the marketing team by creating visual assets for print and digital platforms, including graphics, animations, illustrations, and data visualizations, while ensuring brand consistency and staying current with design trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop graphics for print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, logos, flyers, social media assets, and tradeshow collateral.
- Create static and motion graphics animations for web banners, presentations, and social media.
- Collaborate with the lead Graphic Designer and marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Develop custom illustrations and visual elements to enhance brand storytelling.
- Create branded templates for marketing, social media, and communication teams.
- Produce data visualizations and infographics for reports and presentations.
- Perform advanced photo editing and retouching for marketing and promotional use.
- Organize and maintain digital assets within Zeeco’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing or advertising context.
- A strong portfolio with examples of projects related to designing graphics for print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, logos, flyers, social media assets, and tradeshow collateral.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express, and Camera Raw.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proficiency in the macOS operating system.
- A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced photo editing and retouching skills for marketing and promotional use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and maintain digital assets within Zeeco’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
