Job Description
The Combustion Engineer Specialist provides technical solutions and diagnostics for fired equipment such as furnaces, heaters, and boilers, primarily for refining and petrochemical clients in the Benelux region, supporting environmental upgrades and troubleshooting combustion issues across various facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, and other fired equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues through site visits and troubleshooting.
- Upgrade technologies to meet environmental initiatives and improve combustion performance.
Requirements
- Provide combustion solutions for furnaces, heaters, boilers, flares, incinerators, or other fired equipment and ancillary technologies for customers in the Benelux region.
- Apply problem-solving skills across multiple markets, customers, and equipment, diagnosing equipment issues.
- Travel to different facilities as required to diagnose and address equipment issues.
- Upgrade technologies to satisfy environmental initiatives.
- Solve combustion problems predominately for refining and petrochemical end users.
- Possess relevant technical knowledge and expertise as a fired equipment specialist engineer.
