The C I Engineer at Zeeco is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing control and instrumentation systems for industrial burners used in various energy and processing applications, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation across global projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement control and instrumentation systems for industrial burners.
Work on complex FEED and Detailed Engineering projects for combustion systems.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across global offices.
Develop and program PLC control systems and control narratives.
Design and specify hazardous area instrumentation and burner management systems.
Ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of combustion equipment.
Requirements
Experience in the design, configuration, and implementation of control and instrumentation systems for industrial burners used in fired heaters, boilers, HRSGs, and WHRB applications.
Proficiency in working on complex FEED (Front End Engineering Design) and Detailed Engineering projects.
Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across global offices.
Expertise in PLC programming for industrial control systems.
Knowledge of control narratives related to industrial combustion systems.
Experience with hazardous area instrumentation and safety systems for combustion equipment.
Understanding of burner management systems to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of combustion equipment.
Experience working on high-value global combustion projects in refineries, petrochemical plants, or energy facilities.
Ability to engage directly with advanced combustion control systems.
Demonstrated capability to contribute to the design of advanced burner systems used in world-class industrial facilities.
