Job Description
A Product Manager role focused on leading the development and scaling of a compliance automation SaaS platform within a fast-paced, regulated environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for European companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery by collaborating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements
- Partner with engineering and design teams to drive end-to-end product delivery within agile SCRUM environments
- Convert regulatory, technical, and business inputs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap initiatives
- Use customer insights, product usage data, and qualitative feedback to improve product value, usability, and adoption
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization by balancing customer impact, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure the product delivers ongoing value in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile delivery, and SCRUM-based workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
- Experience or strong interest in compliance, privacy, information security, or RegTech products.
- Startup or scale-up experience, with comfort working in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
