Job Description
The Senior Manager, Power Sales at Xpansiv is responsible for driving business development and sales of SaaS solutions within North American wholesale power markets, leveraging industry networks to expand the adoption of their market-leading infrastructure and supporting the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing professional network to close SaaS services opportunities in wholesale power markets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase global adoption of Xpansiv's infrastructure.
- Originate leads and engage with key decision makers and influencers to build trusted relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to surpass sales targets and generate recurring revenue.
- Promote and sell Xpansiv's APX MarketSuite platform and related solutions to grid-scale storage, renewables, fossil generators, and load resources.
Requirements
- Proven capacity to originate leads, engage with key decision makers and influencers, build trusted relationships, develop a strong pipeline, surpass sales targets, and generate net-new recurring revenue.
- Experience in closing SaaS services opportunities and executing business development strategies to increase global adoption of market infrastructure.
- Strong professional network within North American wholesale power markets.
- Ability to leverage existing relationships and develop new client relationships within the energy and power markets.
- Demonstrated success in power sales or related roles within energy markets, with a focus on wholesale power markets in North America.
- Experience with or knowledge of the Xpansiv APX MarketSuite transaction platform, dynamic scheduling and settlement capabilities, asset telemetry, remote monitoring, and 24/7 desk support is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and pipelines in the energy transition markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers.

Benefits & Perks
Compensation salary range in New York: $130,000 - $145,000
