Job Description
The Java Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for Xpansiv's Environmental Markets product line, supporting the company's mission to facilitate the global energy transition through innovative technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and implementation of software for Environmental Markets Solutions product line
- Oversee technical aspects of software projects to ensure quality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions
Requirements
- Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of software for environmental markets solutions or similar products.
- Proficiency in Java programming language with the ability to lead technical development efforts.
- Ability to lead the technical design and development of software systems, including architecture and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading software development teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Experience working on complex, end-to-end technology platforms servicing environmental commodities or similar markets.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, including key stakeholders and technical teams, throughout the development process.
- Relevant professional experience that can be considered for a compensation range of $190,000 to $220,000, depending on skills, knowledge, education, and training.
