Job Description
A Java Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for Xpansiv's Environmental Markets product line, supporting the company's mission to facilitate the global energy transition through innovative technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software for the Environmental Markets Solutions product line
- Oversee technical aspects of software projects to ensure alignment with company goals and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and efficient software solutions
Requirements
- Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of software for environmental markets solutions or similar products.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Ability to lead technical teams in software development projects.
- Experience with software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns relevant to large-scale market platforms.
- Experience working on end-to-end technology platforms that service the entire lifecycle of environmental commodities.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
- Experience in the energy and environmental commodities market is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to software engineering or computer science.
- Ability to participate in a structured interview process including resume screening, take-home assessment, technical interview, and final stakeholder interview.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $190,000 - $220,000, varies by region and based on skills and experience
