Job Description
The Director of Product Management for Power at Xpansiv is responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for the energy transition platform, collaborating across teams to drive business growth and deliver value to clients in the environmental commodities market.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Xpansiv's Power division
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and growth
- Drive business growth by developing products that deliver value to clients
- Apply modern product management practices with a customer-centric approach
- Contribute individually to product development, with potential to assume future people management responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience in helping shape and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a division or product line.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within and across business units, including architecture, technical, marketing, and sales teams.
- Deep understanding of modern product management practices.
- Passion for customer-centric innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience as an individual contributor with the potential for future people management responsibilities.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $180,000 to $210,000, varying by region and based on skills and experience
