Job Description
The Director of Demand Generation will build and lead the demand generation function from the ground up, developing strategies and programs to create a scalable pipeline and revenue engine for Xpansiv's energy transition markets, in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies, plans, and programs.
- Build and scale a pipeline and revenue engine in collaboration with sales, marketing, and business lines.
- Establish the demand generation function from the ground up to support company growth.
Requirements
- Develop the strategies, plans, and programs for demand generation in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and business line colleagues to build a scalable pipeline and revenue engine.
- Build the demand generation function from the ground up, establishing foundational processes and systems.
- Experience in developing and executing demand generation strategies, plans, and programs.
- Ability to develop a scalable pipeline and revenue engine for a global business.
- Experience working in or with renewable energy, clean fuels, wholesale power, or related energy transition markets is preferred (implied by the focus of the company and growth areas).
- Ability to collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business line colleagues to align demand generation efforts.
- Experience in building and leading a demand generation team or function (implied by building from the ground up).
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment to develop effective demand generation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to operate within a well-funded, financially healthy organization and pursue global growth opportunities.
- Educational background or experience relevant to marketing, demand generation, or related fields (implied, as the role involves developing strategies and programs).
- Willingness to participate in a multi-stage interview process including resume screening, MS Teams call with hiring manager, team interview, case study interview, and final stakeholder interview.
- Availability to work within the compensation range of $170,000 to $190,000, considering relevant skills, experience, knowledge, education, and training.
