Job Description
A Strategy Analyst at Xpansiv supports analytical and strategic initiatives by conducting market research, financial analysis, and providing insights to inform product development, pricing, technology investments, and partnerships, aligning with the company's long-term growth in the energy and environmental commodities market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analytical and strategic initiatives across the business.
- Conduct market research to inform product strategy and pricing.
- Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights to guide technology investments and partnerships.
- Act as an embedded analytical partner to specific business lines.
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting analytical and strategic initiatives within a business environment.
- Ability to deliver market research, financial analysis, and strategic insights to inform product strategy, pricing, technology investment, and strategic partnerships and M&A.
- Experience acting as an embedded analytical partner to specific business lines.
- Strong understanding of market research and financial analysis methodologies.
- Ability to support strategic initiatives that align with the company's central strategic direction and long-term growth roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights effectively.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range between $75,000 and $90,000 depending on region and experience
