Job Description

Wunder is seeking team members to support the development and deployment of commercial solar energy projects, helping businesses and communities adopt clean, renewable power solutions while contributing to environmental sustainability and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate properties for solar deployment across all 50 states
  • Develop and manage commercial solar projects using proprietary technology platform
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure successful project development and deployment

Requirements

  • Ability to develop and evaluate solar projects across all 50 states, including evaluating more than 30,000 properties for solar suitability.
  • Experience in developing commercial solar projects at scale, with a focus on properties such as self-storage facilities, schools, data centers, and industrial logistics facilities.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy assets and their deployment, specifically solar energy systems.
  • Understanding of ESG goals and how they align with revenue targets in the context of renewable energy projects.
  • Ability to work with proprietary technology platforms for solar project development.
  • Experience in managing or contributing to the development of solar systems with an average size of about 430 kilowatts.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to participate in company initiatives related to DEI.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work environment, including participation in in-person team events, offsites, and retreats.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, including utilizing the annual professional development budget and unlimited book budget.
