Job Description

The Water Wastewater Project Manager is responsible for leading the development, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects across the New England region, collaborating with clients and internal teams to provide sustainable water solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver wastewater and drinking water projects.
  • Evaluate, plan, design, and oversee the construction of drinking water and wastewater systems.
  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects in coordination with the Technical Manager.
  • Work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Support marketing and proposal efforts for new projects.

Requirements

  • A Professional Engineer license is required.
  • Solid experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing drinking water and wastewater systems.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, collections, treatment, and distribution systems is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with the Technical Manager to help lead the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Experience working directly with clients and internal teams to deliver water projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% within the New England Region, including Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
  • Availability to work 2 to 3 days in the office or onsite with clients as part of a flexible remote/hybrid work schedule.
  • Proven technical focus and detail-oriented approach in project management.
  • Ability to support marketing and proposal efforts for water projects.
