A Project Manager role focused on developing, designing, and managing water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects for municipal clients, involving technical evaluation, planning, design, and construction administration within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Evaluate, plan, and design infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
Provide construction administration for linear and vertical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Lead the delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with technical teams and clients.
Engage directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Support marketing and proposal development efforts for new projects.
Requirements
A Professional Engineer license is required.
Strong experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and providing construction administration for both linear and vertical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems is essential.
Experience collaborating with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
Ability to lead the delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with the Technical Manager and broader technical team.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.
Ability to engage directly with clients and internal teams effectively.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within Maine for client projects.
Proficiency in developing proposals and supporting marketing efforts related to water infrastructure projects.
