Job Description
A Project Manager role focused on developing, designing, and managing water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects for municipal clients, involving technical evaluation, planning, design, and construction administration within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
- Evaluate, plan, and design infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
- Provide construction administration for linear and vertical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with technical teams and clients.
- Engage directly with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Support marketing and proposal development efforts for new projects.
Requirements
- A Professional Engineer license is required.
- Strong experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and providing construction administration for both linear and vertical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with a broad range of issues related to master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems is essential.
- Experience collaborating with municipal clients to develop, design, and deliver drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
- Ability to lead the delivery of multiple projects in collaboration with the Technical Manager and broader technical team.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.
- Ability to engage directly with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within Maine for client projects.
- Proficiency in developing proposals and supporting marketing efforts related to water infrastructure projects.
