Job Description
The Industrial Wastewater Lead Operator is responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of an industrial wastewater treatment system, ensuring safety compliance, monitoring processes via manual and SCADA controls, and managing a team of operators while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations and maintenance of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment System
- Oversee one Operator as directed by the Project Manager
- Ensure safety standards are met in all operations
- Monitor wastewater treatment plant processes and equipment manually and via SCADA automation
- Make adjustments to control plant processes as necessary
- Interact with clients and attend meetings to provide operational updates and discuss needs
Requirements
- Regular participation in the daily operations and maintenance of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment System in Northwest Houston, Texas.
- Oversee one Operator as directed by the Project Manager.
- Ensure safety standards are met in all operations.
- Monitor wastewater treatment plant processes and equipment both manually and via SCADA automation, making adjustments as necessary to control their operation.
- Attend scheduled meetings with the client to provide updates, discuss operational needs, and support strong working relationships.
