Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist role involves assisting partners by troubleshooting technical issues, resolving partner requests, and providing creative solutions to ensure seamless platform experiences, while also advocating for partner feedback to improve products and meeting service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues for partners using the company's products and services
- Find resolutions for partner requests and queries
- Review partner queries and develop creative solutions to streamline their requirements
- Support partners in overcoming technical challenges and expanding their use of the platform
- Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve processes and products
- Meet SLAs related to response time and resolution lead time
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and solid problem-solving skills to support partners effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests.
- Experience in reviewing partner queries and finding creative solutions to streamline their requirements.
- Knowledge to help partners overcome technical struggles while expanding to the Insider platform.
- Ability to contribute to building innovative products by advocating for partners and sharing feedback with the Product team.
- Ability to meet important Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as response time and lead time for issue resolutions.
