Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer role involves assisting partners by troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and sharing feedback to improve products, all while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience within a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues for partners using the company's products and services.
- Find resolutions for partner requests and review partner queries.
- Develop creative solutions to streamline partner requirements.
- Help partners overcome technical challenges and facilitate platform expansion.
- Advocate for partners by sharing feedback with the Product team to improve processes and products.
- Meet SLAs related to response times and issue resolution lead times.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and solid problem-solving skills to support partners effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find resolutions for partner requests.
- Experience in reviewing partner queries and finding creative solutions to streamline their requirements.
- Knowledge to help partners overcome technical struggles while expanding to the Insider platform.
- Ability to contribute to building innovative products by advocating for partners through feedback sharing with the Product team.
- Experience in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to response time and lead time for issue resolutions.
