Job Description
The Sales Specialist Manager - APAC is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the adoption of Insider's AI-driven customer support chatbot platform through full sales cycle management and account expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth for Insider's Support Agent AI-driven conversational platform.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities.
- Expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts in collaboration with Account Directors.
- Utilize solution selling expertise and deep product knowledge to maximize market potential.
Requirements
- Act as the Account Executive (AE) for new business acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors (ADs) to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Combine strong hunting instincts, solution selling expertise, and deep product knowledge to unlock the full potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering in the market.
