Job Description

The Sales Specialist Manager - APAC is responsible for leading sales efforts in the APAC region, driving growth and revenue for Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform through strategic client engagement and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead sales activities in the APAC region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management roles with a focus on enterprise or B2B SaaS sales, demonstrating a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or related roles within the technology or SaaS industry, preferably with experience selling to clients in the APAC region.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, marketing platforms, or AI-native SaaS solutions, with the ability to articulate complex product features and benefits to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the APAC market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and to understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the APAC region to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including travel and client meetings, which may require extended hours or periods of standing and mobility.
