Job Description
The Sales Manager role involves leading and executing sales strategies for Insider's innovative B2B SaaS platform, focusing on disrupting traditional SaaS sales methods and driving growth in Vietnam through building strong client relationships and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team in Vietnam to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Vietnamese market
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client base.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Vietnam market to achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, especially in customer experience and marketing platforms, and the ability to effectively communicate their value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and adaptability.
- Experience in managing a sales team or leading sales initiatives in Vietnam or similar markets is preferred.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend sales meetings or events in Vietnam and potentially other regions.
