The Sales Development Representative role at Insider involves identifying and reaching out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls/emails, understanding customer needs, and maintaining a prospect database to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Follow up with prospects via outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the team to identify key players and generate interest in Insider's products
- Maintain and expand the prospect database within assigned segments
Requirements
- Possess a high level of passion, energy, drive, and a strong desire to prove oneself and create an impact.
- Ability to identify and reach out to prospective sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain and expand the prospect database in assigned segments.
- Curiosity and an innate desire to learn about sales processes and customer engagement.
