Job Description
The Product Manager at Insider will lead the development and vision of innovative B2B SaaS marketing products, working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new product ideas and set the vision for the product portfolio
- Use data, research, and strategy to direct development and design teams
- Make decisions on product features, releases, and innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
- Gather and analyze feedback to inform product improvements
- Lead problem-solving efforts for complex product challenges
- Motivate and inspire team members to follow the product vision
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and set direction while motivating and inspiring people around you to follow you in that direction.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of transmitting complex information clearly to different audiences and effectively reaching the information you need from the people you are talking to.
- Natural problem-solving ability, with a passion for finding solutions to complex problems, and the motivation and excitement that come from solving them.
- Ability to work well with others, helping team members when needed, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and managing personal conflicts professionally.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to gather information from multiple sources to make better-informed decisions on guiding and improving products and services.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset that actively seeks out change, embraces critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to take risks, see the big picture, and seek new opportunities for innovation, taking ownership and pride in your work.
