Job Description
The Partnership Director will drive growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with solution and technology partners in the EU South region, supporting go-to-market strategies, onboarding, and enabling partners to achieve mutual business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth by forming and managing mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners in the EU South region.
- Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategies and programs across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams.
- Identify, select, onboard, and enable Solution Partners and Technology Partners, including System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Managed Service Providers, and ISVs.
- Plan and execute GTM activities with high-priority Technology Partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Ensure the partner ecosystem is aligned with Insider’s product capabilities and sales processes to facilitate collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the GTM engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
- Experience in supporting formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with Channel Partners, including Solution Partners and Technology Partners, in the EU South region (including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Central Eastern Europe).
- Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market partnership strategies and programs.
- Experience in driving selection, onboarding, and enablement of partners, as well as executing GTM activities with high-priority Technology Partners such as ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
- Proven organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work enthusiastically with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
