Job Description

The Partnership Director will drive growth by developing and managing strategic channel and technology partnerships across the EU South region, including France, through cross-functional collaboration and go-to-market strategies to enable mutual business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by forming and managing mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners in the EU South region.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) partnership strategies and programs across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams.
  • Facilitate partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and business development with Solution Partners and Technology Partners, including System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Managed Service Providers, and ISVs.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure the GTM engine is aligned and capable of driving mutual growth.
  • Plan and execute GTM activities with Technology Partners to expand Insider’s partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the GTM engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
  • Experience in supporting formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with channel partners, including Solution Partners and Technology Partners, in the EU South region (including France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Central Eastern Europe).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market partnership strategies and programs.
  • Experience in driving selection, onboarding, enablement, and business growth through channel partners such as System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Full Service Consultancies, and Managed Service Providers in the region.
  • Experience in driving go-to-market activities with high-priority Technology Partners, specifically Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), in the region.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
