Job Description

The Global Inside Sales Intern role involves supporting the sales team in driving growth and revenue by engaging with potential clients, assisting with sales processes, and gaining hands-on experience in a leading B2B SaaS company focused on customer experience and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in lead generation and outreach activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
  • Help manage customer relationships and follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or enrolled in a university or college program related to Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a focus on gaining practical experience in sales or marketing.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Availability to commit to the internship duration as specified by the company, with flexibility to adapt to the company's schedule.
  • Physical ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer and phone equipment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively within the team and with clients.
