Job Description

The Global Inside Sales Intern role involves supporting the sales team in engaging with potential clients, assisting in sales processes, and gaining experience in B2B SaaS sales within a fast-growing, innovative company focused on customer experience and marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in lead generation and outreach activities
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and inquiries
  • Contribute to sales documentation and reporting processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university or college program, or possess equivalent educational background, suitable for an internship role.
  • Ability to work in Malaysia and commit to the internship duration as specified by the company.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer experience, marketing, or related fields, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in these areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms relevant to sales and marketing activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks associated with the internship role, including working at a computer and attending meetings as required.
