Job Description
The Customer Success Manager will proactively drive customer adoption and retention by building strong relationships and ensuring clients receive maximum value from the company's AI-native SaaS platform for Customer Experience and Marketing.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar position, with a focus on proactively driving adoption and retention of customers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive the services needed for maximum impact.
- Experience in a SaaS environment or B2B technology company is preferred (implied by the role and company context).
