Job Description
The Customer Success Manager role involves ensuring client satisfaction and success by managing relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving growth for clients using Insider's AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Assist customers in onboarding and implementing the company's platform
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize platform value
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, particularly in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in onboarding, training, and supporting enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer success or CRM software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and support.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
