Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them maximize the value of Insider's AI-native platform for customer experience and marketing. The position focuses on driving client success and growth within the Indonesia market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure successful onboarding

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar position, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, especially in B2B environments, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive retention and expansion.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and customer success tools, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events, if applicable.
