Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role involves building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them maximize the value of Insider's AI-native customer experience and marketing platform to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar position, demonstrating the ability to manage customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, particularly in Customer Experience and Marketing platforms, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Experience working with high-growth startups or Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global, diverse team across multiple countries.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including attending virtual meetings and working on a computer for extended periods.
