Job Description

The Customer Success Manager role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth for the company's SaaS platform that leverages AI for customer experience and marketing personalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Assist customers in onboarding and implementing the company's platform
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn risks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success Management or a similar client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow customer relationships effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, particularly in B2B environments, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients across different industries and regions, specifically in Germany.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet customer needs and company goals.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Success or CRM tools and platforms to track customer interactions, health scores, and engagement metrics.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.
