Job Description
The Customer Success Manager role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth for the company's SaaS platform that specializes in customer experience and marketing solutions using AI technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the DACH region
- Understand customer needs and goals to drive product adoption and success
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and support
- Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for growth and renewal
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management or a similar role, with a track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms, preferably in customer experience, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI-native platforms for Customer Experience and Marketing, including connecting data across channels, predicting future behavior with AI, and individualizing experiences.
- Ability to deliver tailored customer experiences and drive profitable growth through platform utilization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful platform adoption and retention.
- Experience working with high-growth startups and/or Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on impact and results.
- Educational background in a relevant field; while specific degree requirements are not explicitly stated, a background in business, marketing, or technology is implied.
