Job Description
The Customer Success Director for Korea is responsible for leading customer success initiatives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of value to clients within the Korean market for a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in AI-native customer experience and marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer success team in Korea to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer growth, engagement, and success.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Success leadership role, with a track record of managing and leading customer success teams, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer success strategies that drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and metrics such as churn rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate teams and engage with clients at various levels.
- Ability to analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and support to ensure customer success and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer and communication devices.
