Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the company's customer experience and marketing platform. The role involves engaging with enterprise clients to facilitate their integration and maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers in Malaysia
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding experiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during onboarding
  • Ensure customers are effectively integrated into the platform and understand its features
  • Monitor onboarding progress and address any issues or delays

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, account management, or a related customer success role with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey processes and experience in managing customer onboarding programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands and understanding of their complex onboarding requirements.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and onboarding platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer issues proactively during onboarding.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
