Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the company's SaaS platform, and helping clients maximize their use of the platform's features to drive growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers in Malaysia
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Provide training and support to customers to maximize platform utilization
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or account management roles with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, particularly in customer experience and marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to SaaS products to non-technical customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and technical support.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and customer success tools to track onboarding progress and customer engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
