Job Description
The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the onboarding and implementation of the Insider platform, ensuring smooth adoption, technical setup, and maximizing platform utilization to deliver personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Transition clients from sales to onboarding and implementation of the platform
- Understand client business requirements and use-cases
- Manage project delivery to ensure timely and successful onboarding
- Provide technical guidance and support during setup and integration
- Ensure smooth, complete, and accelerated platform adoption by clients
- Design and recommend optimal solutions for client data and application environment integration
Requirements
- Experience in managing client onboarding processes, including transitioning clients from sales to platform implementation, with a focus on ensuring smooth, timely, and complete platform adoption.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to understand client business requirements and use-cases, manage project delivery, and ensure accelerated time-to-value realization from client investments.
- Technical knowledge sufficient to provide technical guidance to clients, support setup, and understand the client's application environment and data.
- Ability to support clients through setup and provide optimal solution design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner.
