Job Description
A sales role focused on driving growth and adoption of Insider's AI-powered Chatbot platform, involving new business acquisition, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding existing client accounts through solution-selling and deep product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth for Insider's Support Agent product through new business acquisition from prospecting to closing sales.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Utilize solution-selling techniques, deep product knowledge, and strong hunting instincts to maximize market potential of the Chatbot offering.
Requirements
- Experience in leading growth for AI-driven conversational platforms, specifically in a sales environment.
- Ability to act as the Account Executive for new business acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Experience operating as an overlay specialist with Account Directors to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Strong hunting instincts and solution-selling expertise to unlock the full potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering in the market.
- Deep product knowledge of AI-driven conversational platforms and customer engagement solutions.
- Proven track record in solution-selling and expanding product adoption within enterprise or high-growth company environments.
