Job Description
A sales role focused on driving growth and adoption of Insider's AI-powered Chatbot Support Agent platform through new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, combining solution selling and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth for Insider's Support Agent product through new business acquisition from prospecting to closing sales.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Utilize solution selling expertise and deep product knowledge to unlock the market potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering.
Requirements
- Act as the Account Executive (AE) for new business acquisition, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Operate as an overlay specialist with Account Directors (ADs) to expand Chatbot adoption within existing accounts.
- Combine strong hunting instincts, solution selling expertise, and deep product knowledge to unlock the full potential of Insider’s Chatbot offering in the market.
