Job Description

The Partnership Director will drive growth by managing and developing strategic technology partnerships in the APAC region, supporting go-to-market strategies, enabling sales and customer success teams, and generating pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by establishing and managing strategic partnerships with technology partners in APAC.
  • Support and enable Insider's sales, customer success, and onboarding teams on joint value propositions.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and programs to facilitate partner selection, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Generate sales pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to drive mutual growth.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of Insider’s product capabilities, sales processes, and partner ecosystem to ensure the go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
  • Experience in supporting the formation and management of mutually beneficial commercial relationships with technology partners in the APAC region.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to execute go-to-market strategies and programs.
  • Experience in driving partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and go-to-market activities with ISVs such as AWS, Meta, Shopify, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
  • Proven ability to enable sales, customer success teams, and partners on the joint value proposition.
  • Experience in generating sales pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling activities.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills to handle new challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work enthusiastically in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues outside the immediate team to achieve organizational goals.
