Job Description
The AI Product Manager will lead the development and vision of innovative B2B SaaS products in the marketing and customer experience space, working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions that drive growth and efficiency for clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new product ideas and set the vision for the product portfolio
- Use data, research, strategy, and empathy to direct development and design teams
- Make decisions on features, release new products, and innovate to improve user experience
Requirements
- The candidate must have the ability to make decisions and set direction while motivating and inspiring people around them to follow that direction.
- The candidate must serve as the diplomat of the team, capable of transmitting complex information to different audiences clearly and being talented in reaching the information they need from the people they are talking to.
- The candidate must be a natural-born problem solver, finding solutions to complex problems, with a motivation and excitement for solving such problems, and experiencing a sense of accomplishment when doing so.
- The candidate must be able to work easily with people around them, help them when needed, give or take constructive feedback despite any personal conflicts, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- The candidate must be able to gather information from many sources around them to make better-informed decisions on guiding and improving products and services, demonstrating effective listening skills.
- The candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, actively seeking out change rather than waiting to adapt to it, embracing critical questioning, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- The candidate should have the ability to see the big picture, be willing to take risks, and constantly seek new opportunities for innovation, taking ownership and pride in their work.
- The candidate must have at least a basic understanding of the responsibilities involved in a product management role, including guiding development and design teams using data, research, strategy, and empathy.
