Job Description
This role involves evangelizing and selling all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building strong customer relationships, leading sales pursuits, and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets in Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize and demonstrate the value of Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
- Build and develop relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and drive value realization
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
- Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Assess customer needs and position Pure's portfolio to address business challenges
- Prospect and open new customer accounts, navigating between executive and technical stakeholders
- Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork
- Drive post-sales customer success and ensure ongoing customer engagement
Requirements
- Based in Istanbul, Turkey, with the ability and willingness to be present in the office for 3 days a week, subject to variations based on business needs according to Pure s Hybrid Work Policy.
- Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
- Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset, with the ability to apply customer insights and expertise in technology solutions to position Pure s portfolio to solve persistent problems.
- Proven prospecting skills as an avid hunter, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data centre while passionately positioning the advantages of a Pure Storage solution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
- Experience leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with Partners.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
- Passion for post-sales customer success.
- At least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in Turkey.
- Experience in selling to FSI (Financial Services Industry) clients.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver between 5 million and 10 million USD in annual revenues.
