Job Description

This role involves evangelizing and selling all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, building strong customer relationships, leading sales pursuits, and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evangelize and demonstrate the value of Pure's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
  • Build and develop relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and drive value realization
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for customer acquisition
  • Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Assess customer needs and position Pure's portfolio to address business challenges
  • Prospect and open new customer accounts, navigating between executive and technical stakeholders
  • Manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork
  • Drive post-sales customer success and ensure ongoing customer engagement

Requirements

  • Based in Istanbul, Turkey, with the ability and willingness to be present in the office for 3 days a week, subject to variations based on business needs according to Pure s Hybrid Work Policy.
  • Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.
  • Thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset, with the ability to apply customer insights and expertise in technology solutions to position Pure s portfolio to solve persistent problems.
  • Proven prospecting skills as an avid hunter, consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data centre while passionately positioning the advantages of a Pure Storage solution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Experience leading a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with Partners.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in Turkey.
  • Experience in selling to FSI (Financial Services Industry) clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver between 5 million and 10 million USD in annual revenues.
