Job Description
The Account Executive role involves driving sales and growth for Insider's innovative B2B SaaS platform by engaging with prospects, promoting the company's AI-native customer experience and marketing solutions, and disrupting traditional SaaS sales approaches in a dynamic, socially progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with prospective clients in Mexico City Roma Norte.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and demonstrate the company's SaaS platform to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate onboarding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or account executive roles with a track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex SaaS products and solutions effectively to prospects and clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Experience in the Mexico City market or familiarity with the local business environment and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to engage prospects and close deals effectively.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a competitive mindset to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with local clients and internal teams.
- Legal right to work in Mexico City, Mexico.
