Job Description

The Account Executive role involves driving sales and growth for Insider's innovative B2B SaaS platform by engaging with prospects, promoting the company's AI-native customer experience and marketing solutions, and disrupting traditional SaaS sales approaches in a dynamic, socially progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with prospective clients in Mexico City Roma Norte.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's SaaS platform to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate onboarding.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or account executive roles with a track record of success in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex SaaS products and solutions effectively to prospects and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently.
  • Experience in the Mexico City market or familiarity with the local business environment and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to engage prospects and close deals effectively.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and a competitive mindset to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with local clients and internal teams.
  • Legal right to work in Mexico City, Mexico.
