Job Description
The Account Director role involves managing renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities to drive revenue expansion for a leading AI-native B2B SaaS platform focused on customer experience and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal processes and manage contract negotiations with high-level stakeholders
- Create expansion and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth opportunities
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to manage stakeholder relationships
- Identify and match stakeholder needs with Insider product suites
- Conduct Business Reviews with clients
- Nurture sponsors and discover all stakeholders within accounts
Requirements
- Experience in managing renewals and stakeholder management, working in coordination with Customer Success Managers, and acting as the primary contact for executives.
- Proven ability to drive renewal processes, create expansion opportunities, and increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Experience in contract negotiations, including setting and negotiating contract terms and prices.
- Ability to discover all stakeholders and their needs within client accounts and match them with Insider product suites.
- Experience in conducting Business Reviews with clients.
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders across all account bases.
- Strong skills in sponsor nurturing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
