Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for managing client renewals, stakeholder relationships, contract negotiations, and identifying growth opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts, working closely with Customer Success Managers and high-level executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal processes and manage contract negotiations with high-level stakeholders
- Identify and create expansion and MRR growth opportunities within accounts
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
- Discover stakeholder needs and match them with Insider product suites
- Conduct business reviews with clients to assess account health and opportunities
Requirements
- Experience in managing renewals and stakeholder management, working in coordination with Customer Success Managers, and being the primary contact of the executives.
- Proven ability to drive renewal processes, create expansion and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) raise opportunities, and negotiate contract terms including price negotiations.
- Experience in discovering all stakeholders and their needs to be matched with Insider product suites, conducting Business Reviews, and managing renewal processes.
- Strong skills in sponsor nurturing and managing high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a talented and passionate team across multiple countries.
